You ask what elements of the Strida are the most useful/ attractive:
1. Ease of use: When folded, a Strida can be easily strolled around both indoors and outdoors. Other fold-up bikes have to be carried and this gets very tiring after a while.
2. Beauty: As bikes go, I think a Strida is the most uniquely attractive I have ever seen. This is why people come up to me in the street: they love the shape and design and that's without even knowing its secret function. And when I demonstate this they are in awe.
3. Economical: I can easily get around town without resorting to public transport. And even when I need to use that, my Strida comes with me. The Strida may not be the cheapest bike around, but it is very economical over time - my bike 'paid for itself' after four months.
4. Cleanliness: One of my biggest fears when cycling is getting oil stains on my clothes - definitely not good for business! This is not a problem with the Strida.
5. Customer service: Last but not least, your company provides excellent customer service. I had a minor problem with my bike some time ago and your did an excellent job at sorting it out.
