This is a quick note to say that my Strida arrived yesterday and I’ve just had my first commute with it up to London. This meant an instant saving of 20minutes on my journey from London Bridge to the office and will mean I get to spend an extra 40 minutes in the evening with my 18month old daughter. Whilst extra time in the office is a dubious benefit the time spent with Ruby May is going to be much appreciated by both parties!
Above and beyond any benefits to my domestic arrangements (!) - I’d just like to say how refreshing it was to deal with a company that obviously takes pride in their customer service as well as their product. The whole process of purchasing has been an exercise in efficiency and a real pleasure, from email tennis with Debbie who patiently dealt with my questions, to the swift arrival of the bike on my doorstep a mere 24 hours after I paid for it. Thank you. (The fact I feel compelled to write this emails speaks volumes!)
