During the bombings in London last summer, I decided it was time to get a reliable, easily portable method of transport. Having looked at the competition, and having been recommended your product by a colleague, the Strida was an easy decision to make. To get to the point, every aspect of my dealings with your company has been nothing other than EXCELLENT from day one. I would like to mention in particular Debbie. My Strida developed a couple of minor problems, so I enquired via email what the procedure would be to have them rectified within warranty. I donīt think I have ever had such a quick, polite, professional response from any other web based company before, and, to be quite honest was blown away with the quality of service and the personal touch that I got every time. It takes a lot for me to sit down and write an email like this. I never complain if things are bad, I just recommend to people I know to steer well clear. Well, itīs quite the opposite here. I have always recommended your product to people (having been asked about it on numerous occasions at Waterloo Station!) and if this is the way you go about your business, then I wish you all the best for the future. I think Debbie deserves a champagne dinner or something for her efforts! (no, I donīt know her!). Seriously, Iīm impressed and my bike has always been a joy to ride!
