Subject: Folding Bikes Review Issue 080906

Hi London Cyclist,

I’m writing following your review of folding bikes in the last issue of London Cyclist magazine on 080906. I have to say I religiously read LCC pretty much from cover to cover, it is faultless.

However I do have one comment, and have wondered about saying this or not for a while. I know that space is limited in the magazine, but in the folding bikes review you missed what I think is the most revolutionary, cheapest and practical of all folding bikes that are currently on the market.

This is the Strida which is based on a triangular design, using a rubber belt and with drum brakes. I rode one for 3000 miles commuting every day last year and it was also faultless. It costs a mere £300 and is well worth a review I think. To see the bike go to Strida.com.

I know space is limited, but if you would like me to provide you with pictures and a review for a future issue I would be more than happy to provide one. Of course there are things with the bike that are not so good, it would be a partial one from the perspective of a user.

Kind regards,
Tam P., London UK
